Pricing questions
How do I pay for Studio?
Open the checkout, pick a plan and a method: UPI (India, QR code), USDT or USDC (TRC-20 / BEP-20) or Binance Pay (worldwide). Pay, submit the transaction id, and your key is emailed after we confirm it, usually within a few hours and always within 24. Prefer talking to a person? WhatsApp works too. Card checkout is coming.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days, no card. In the IDE run BdebTech AI: Start Free Trial, or use the trial page. The key is bound to one machine.
Is there a monthly auto-renewal?
Crypto and UPI do not support pull payments, so Studio is prepaid: monthly, quarterly (5% off) or yearly (2 months free). You get a reminder before expiry and a 30-day offline grace period after it, so a late payment never locks you out mid-project.
Do I need Studio to use the IDE?
No. The Free tier is a complete product with two models and no usage limits. Studio is for people who want the bigger models and direct support.
Can I try a Studio model before paying?
Yes. Ask for a 7-day trial key. The models are open weights, so you can also download them yourself and point any OpenAI-compatible tool at the daemon; Studio pays for the curated packs, GPU profiles, updates and support, not for the weights.
How many machines?
A Studio license covers up to 3 machines you personally use. Team licenses are available on request.
Refunds?
If Studio does not work on your hardware within the first 7 days and we cannot fix it together, you get a full refund in the currency you paid.
