Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The installer does not need administrator rights (installs to your user profile). GPU acceleration uses CUDA (NVIDIA), Vulkan (AMD/Intel Arc) or Metal (Apple) automatically when detected, and falls back to CPU if a GPU engine fails to start.

Windows SmartScreen notice. The preview build is not yet code-signed, so Windows may show "Windows protected your PC". Click More info → Run anyway. Verify the SHA-256 on the release page if you want to be sure. Signed builds are planned.
After installing
- Launch BdebTech AI IDE from the Start menu.
- Accept the prompt to download the Starter model. Progress shows in the status bar.
- Open any code file and start typing. Grey ghost text is the AI suggestion; press Tab to accept.
- Ctrl+Alt+L opens chat, Ctrl+Alt+K edits the selection.
